About OLIVA
OLIVA (PVT) LTD is a premium shopping service based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We select a small range of wellness and personal care products, stand behind them with a warranty, and deliver them to customers anywhere on the island.
What we do
Rather than list thousands of items, we focus on a few products we can genuinely vouch for. Our range today centres on personal wellness devices, led by the Original EMS Foot Massager, which our customers use for tired and swollen legs, aching feet and everyday comfort at home.
Ordering is deliberately simple. Customers message us on WhatsApp in Sinhala, Tamil or English, we confirm the details, and the parcel is dispatched with tracking. Payment is cash on delivery, so nobody pays before the product is in their hands.
How we work
- Genuine products. We sell original devices with a three month warranty, and we tell customers how to recognise the genuine article before they pay.
- Pay on delivery. No advance payment and no card details. The courier collects payment when the parcel arrives.
- Island-wide delivery. We ship anywhere in Sri Lanka through our courier partner and share tracking details once the order is dispatched.
- Support in your language. Our team answers in Sinhala, Tamil or English, before and after the sale.
